Checklist for Online Class Environment

Are you new?

If this is your first time using master k, please check the guide below first!
I will show you how to join a online class using your mobile device.

Logging in

1.
Launch the Chrome or Safari application.
You cannot join a online class using other browser apps.
2.
Enter the institution's URL.
3.
Enter the provided ID and password, and log in.
From logging in to checking class information, I will show you on the overall functions needed to participate in a class.

Accessing through a thumbnail

1.
After logging in, click the thumbnail of the class section on the page.

Accessing through My Page

1.
After logging in, click on [My page] to go to the student dashboard.
2.
Click the enter lesson button in the class section at the bottom of the student dashboard.
You can preview before taking a class and review after the class is over.

Go to Coursework

1.
Go to [My Page → My Dashboard → Coursework].
For review, go to [My Page → My Dashboard → Post-semester → Coursework]. (Click Post-semester)

Check Class Dates

1.
Check the class schedule and click the button to go to the class date.
You can check attendance and grades.

FAQ

I can't see the teacher's face or the screen shared by the teacher.
My microphone is on, but no sound is coming through.
