Online Class Guide - PC

This is the guide how to use the online class when accessing PC.

Before the online class, you need to check the status of your camera and microphone. >>> Go to Checklist for Online Class Environment

Setting up the Environment

1.
Set up your microphone/speaker.
2.
Set up your camera/resolution.
3.
Set up your background screen. You can remove the background or blur it.
4.
Check if your camera is working properly.
5.
Click Join meeting to enter the online class.
If your network speed is slow, it is recommended to lower the resolution.

Exploring the Basic Video Screen

1.
The basic screen shows everyone's screens in the same small size.
2.
Click the left and right buttons to move to the next page.
If there are more than 16 students, you can click the left and right page buttons to see the next screen.

It is the overall class menu. There are a total of 6 functions. (1) Class timer (2) Participant list (3) Chat (4) Lesson (5) Camera screen change (Presenter appears larger) (6) Recording button

These are the basic buttons used during class. There are a total of 5 functions. (1) Turn microphone ON/OFF (2) Turn video ON/OFF (3) Turn speaker ON/OFF (4) Screen sharing (5) Whiteboard

Click the Record button to start recording. Click it again to end the recording.
Only teachers can record. The button is only available on the teacher's screen.

Presenter Mode

You can switch to various screens. Presenter mode shows the presenter the largest. If all the microphones are turned off, the teacher appears.

It is the overall menu button.

It is the left and right camera screen movement button. Up to 6 people appear, and if there are more than 6, you need to move to the next page.

You can check your network speed.
5.
Click the Leave class button to leave the class or end the entire class. When the entire class ends, all students' online classes end.

Screen Sharing

1.
You can share various presentation materials (PDF, PPT, web pages, etc.). When you share the screen, drawing tools will appear.
2.
You can use chat. If you happen to miss it, 'N' will appear.
3.
You can zoom in and out on the screen.

When the screen is enlarged, the teacher's screen appears in the bottom right corner.

Using the Whiteboard

1.
You can write with the Pen in the drawing tool.

When the screen is enlarged, the teacher's screen appears in the bottom right corner.
If possible, please use a PC for smooth connecting.
